Busy Weekend: The Play that Goes Wrong, Godspell, Trans Conversation at Library, No Kings 2 Demonstration, Candidates Debate at Senior Center

The Play That Goes Wrong is part Monty Python, part Sherlock Holmes, and 100% chaos. This Olivier Award–winning farce follows an ambitious (but hopelessly inept) theater troupe attempting to stage a 1920s murder mystery. As the set crumbles, props disappear, and lines are flubbed beyond recognition, the cast members do their best to soldier on through the most catastrophically funny opening night you’ll ever see. A side-splitting celebration of theatrical disaster that will leave you in stitches. Directed by Ken Michaels.

Recommended for ages 10 and up. Features slapstick violence, physical comedy, and occasional loud sound effects. The play runs through Oct. 26 at Bainbridge Performing Arts. Buy Tickets: The Play That Goes Wrong via ThunderTix
