Join in the fun for an evening of reflection, speakers, performances, sign making, music, food, and community as Bainbridge Island celebrates Juneteenth on June 12 from 5-7 p.m. at Bainbridge Island Town Square. All are welcome – fun for all ages!

Second Science Saturday at Battle Points Features an Update from the Skies of Chile
Join the Battle Point Astronomical Association at the Battle Point Observatory Saturday, June 13 at 7 pm for its monthly Second Saturday Science Talk! A Star Party will follow if skies are clear.
The event will include updates from the Vera C. Rubin Observatory with Guest speaker: Erin Leigh Howard, Rubin scientist & BPAA Education Director.
Erin will delve into some “incredible information being released from the Vera C. Rubin Observatory located in Chile. And learn more about the discoveries and research taking place that explore the night sky in cutting edge new ways!”
