PNW Bainbridge – Yesterday, today, tomorrow

Celebrating all that Bainbridge is, PNW Bainbridge magazine will make its debut in the beginning of February 2022. Islanders can look forward to the new luxury lifestyle magazine arriving quarterly soon. Within its pages readers can look forward to upbeat, well-written news stories that explore the island’s rich past, its compelling present, and promising future.
PNW Bainbridge brings an editorial lineup created by Editor-in-Chief Allison Schuchman, former editor for Bainbridge Island magazine, alongside contributing editors George Soltes and Connie Bye. Readers will recognize and identify with some of the subjects, but will also find it a forum for discovery, and a medium to learn something new. The roster of features is written by local writers and comes complete with original photography and stunning design.

-Spotlight, a peek inside the hearts and minds of some of our most intriguing residents;
-Shorts, a series of bite-size 7-minute reads that discuss a range of topics from local business to interesting people, to what’s new or unknown around town;
-Secrets, the stories behind our island’s most intriguing mysteries and noteworthy trivia;
-In Focus, snapshots shared by islanders who were in the right place at the right time;
-Deep Dive, an in-depth feature reserved for the stories that need a more serious take;
-Bainbridge By Design, superb photography and the stories behind the Rock’s most interesting homes, architects, designers and builders;
-Feast On This, everything you need to know about our island’s best restaurants, eateries, cafés, bars, bistros, chefs and award-winning wineries;
-On The Rock, bite sized snippets of events you’ll not want to miss.
Schuchman joins forces with publisher Natalie Rodriguez, known best as founder of Tour Bainbridge. Rodriguez has played an integral role in the island’s tourism and has shared the island’s charm with thousands of people from around the globe. She views PNW Bainbridge as a natural extension of her mission to keep connecting people with the best of what Bainbridge has to offer.
