UPDATE: Bainbridge Wineries presents WINE ON THE ROCK (February 2019)

UPDATE: Due to record snow fall on Bainbridge Island and the Seattle area in the last week, resulting in unsafe travel conditions, the Wine on the Rock event has been re-scheduled for this weekend, February 16 & 17 – hope to see you there!

Bainbridge Island is home to many passionate and talented artisans of all mediums, and the art of wine-making is no exception. Wine-making began with grapes grown right here on the island and expanded to include world-class grapes from eastern Washington. Our vintners’ handcrafted wines are sure to provide a unique tasting experience that everyone will enjoy. Bainbridge Wineries proudly represents our award-winning boutique wineries, and offer year-round events consisting of wine tasting tours as well as musical performances at selected wineries.

WINE ON THE ROCK is one such event and is held four times a year, and the next event is around the corner (just in time for Valentine’s Day) — Feb‎ ‎09th‎ ‎and ‎Feb‎ ‎10th‎ ‎from 12‎:‎00‎ ‎PM to 5‎:‎00‎ ‎PM. So grab your sweetheart, your BFF, mom, dad, brother, sister…well anyone really…and make a weekend of it on the “rock”.

Five of our seven wineries will be participating; Amelia Wynn, Eagle Harbor Wine Co., Fletcher Bay Winery, Rolling Bay Winery & Eleven Winery. The wines will be paired with local chocolates and an opportunity to meet the winemakers (some of the wineries will also be offering tours). In addition, you’ll receive an event wine glass as well as a 4-bottle wine tote.
